What is an eGuide?
An eGuide is organized
digital content which is delivered electronically. An
eGuide can range from a trade novel to a newspaper, text
book, or industry/marketing report. Generally, eGuides are
secured to prevent unauthorized distribution. The Smart
Business FZE eGuidestore currently supports the
Adobe Acrobat eGuide Reader and our own self extracting
ebook reader which requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or
higher. Both are available as free downloads.

How do I order an
eGuide?
It's easy. You can purchase
an eGuide by adding it to your shopping cart and
proceeding through the Check Out process. After you submit
your order, you will be directed to download your eGuide
or a link shall be sent to you via email. Simply click on
that link, and the eGuide will be downloaded to the
installed reader on your computer.

Do I have to pay shipping and handling charges for
eGuides?
Electronic delivery via
email is free. We will send a downloading link for the
eGuide you have purchased.
Shipment charges will be applicable, if you order for CD
of the guide.

for an eGuide with a check?
Yes you can buy an eGuide
through a bank cheque. We will send the downloading link
for the guide after the payment is transferred to our bank

What if I accidentally lose or delete my eGuide?
You can access the eGuide
download link again, it will be active for certain period
of time normally two weeks. You can also send us your user
number and password again, we will give downloading link.

Can I print my eGuide?
Currently, you can not print
our eGuides. We are working on printable version and soon
will add into the store.

the return policy for eGuides?
eGuides are not returnable
due to the nature of the content.

Linux-based system?
At this time, we do not
carry any eGuide formats compatible with Macintosh or
Linux-based system.
